Fletcher's Commercial No Down Time Guarantee
1. New purchase on Toro, Walker, Exmark, Ventrac, New Holland and Stihl commercial equipment
2. The agreement will be good for one year from date of purchase. Renewable for the 2nd or 3rd year during December, January or February by having Fletcher's check over, tune-up or repair etc., at customers expense.
3. Agreement is exclusivley at FLETCHER'S (all right's reserved)
4. All emergency repairs include except - abuse, neglect, maintenance, or damage.
1st option for repair - repair while customer waits (up to 4 hours)
2nd option for repair - customer receives loaner unit while repairs are made.
5. Customer is responsible for loaner unit - COMPLETELY. Any damage from use or abuse is customer's responsibility.
6. Pickup and delivery is not included.
